It’s been an exhausting few weeks but enjoyable too.  We attended the Kew Midsummer Fete for the first time, which is situated on the picturesque Kew Green next to the River Thames. It was bustling with people who were enjoying a very sunny, longest day of the year !  We met lots of lovely like minded people and we were lucky enough to have prime position for the dog show, not to mention being able to hear all live bands that were performing during the day. Of course we were able to display a lot of B’s Yard new stock such as the German bier keller tables and benches, which were a great hit. We also had out our bistro chairs and tables, old school desks and other bits and pieces.

A busy week at home where I was interviewed and photographed for a home and garden style magazine. We had out all the Bs Yard stock in the house and all over the garden – the stylist and photographer were kept busy all day. We will be featured in one of the homes and interiors magazine later in the year – watch this space.

Woo hoo  – we now have a credit card facility for use at fairs and fetes – no more rushing off to the cashpoint for those wads of cash!

My daughter finishes school next week and we are off for a few days sun – cant wait. Back in time for St Margarets Fair on 12 July 2014 – see you there.
