Vintage skis

I love skiing, so when I had the chance to buy some vintage skis, I did and I also bought a pair for the business too!  Not only are they great hanging on a wall but they can be used in a various ways.  Two skis placed close together can be used as a pin board by pining photo’s and postcards onto them.   I also found this fabulous photo of a coat and hat stand which has been made by joining 2 pairs of skis and supporting them with two pieces of wood at the base and then by finishing off with 4  hooks added to the top of each ski.  Pinterest have lots of great ideas on how vintage skis they can be used to create that unique item for your home.
