A lovely vintage deck chair with a black frame, armrests and a stripy canvas.  The frame and canvas are both solid but the canvas has been sun bleached and has faded.

Deck chairs were originally designed for cruise liners but ended up lining the beaches of seaside resorts up and down the country and became a popular choice in British gardens.
