A delightful little portable teak stool with a slatted top that is decorated with rivets.  Early C20th and could possibly be a campaign stool, although I haven’t seen another like it.  It’s clever design allows it to fold completely flat and is very lightweight.

It has had repairs over the years but nevertheless a charming and very practical piece.
