A serence English coastal bay with small boats resting in the sheltered inlet and along the sandy beach, framed by rugged rocky headlands.  Painted in a harmonious palette of muted blues, greens and earth tones.  The composition evokes the quiet stillness of the coast.  In the distance, the ruins of a solitary stone turret stands on the headland, adding a subtle sense of history and atmosphere.  I don’t think it’s particularly old maybe 1980’s and signed JB.

Vintage items have all had a previous life and in most cases the condition will show signs of age with wear and tear including scuffs and scratches.
